Carlos Miguel Rios-González
Carlos Miguel Ríos González is a doctor specializing in family medicine and community health, in health research, university teaching, infection control and hospital epidemiology. He is a researcher at the National Institute of Health of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, Researcher at the Universidad Sudamerina, Director of the COCHRANE Paraguay Center and president of the Health Ethics Committee of Paraguay. He has a master's degree in hospital administration, a master's degree in scientific research methodology, a master's degree in Medical Sciences Education, a Ph.D. in public health and a Ph.D in education, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Policy. He is an editor and reviewer of international scientific journals, as well as an international speaker.
