Wilbert S. Aronow, MD, FACC, FAHA, FACP, FCCP, FASPC, AGSF, FGSA is a professor of Medicine and director of Cardiology Research at Westchester Medical Center and New York Medical College. He has edited 22 books and is the author or co-author of 1,753 papers, 212 book chapters in 116 books, 992 commentaries, 50 letters to the editor, and 1,217 abstracts. He has been a member of 185 editorial boards of medical journals. He has been a member of four national guidelines committees. He has been a member of numerous committees of professional societies and a consultant to many government agencies. He is on the lists of best scientists in medicine in the USA and in the world.
