Fernando Aparici-Robles
Fernando Aparici-Robles is a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Valencia and obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Valencia, Spain. He has over 20 years of professional experience, especially in interventional neuroradiology. He is the head of the Neuroradiology Section at the Hospital Universitario y Politecnico La Fe, Valencia, Spain. He has participated in the launch and implementation of the Stroke program in Valencia County, which includes thrombectomy procedures. He is an associate professor at the University of Valencia, and formerly an associate professor at Universidad Catolica San Vicente Martir, Valencia. Currently, he is an active member of several scientific societies including ECR, ASNR, and CIRSE, especially involved in Neurointerventional Sections. He also plays a role as a reviewer in a number of national and international scientific journals. Another field he is involved in is education, as the coordinator of the specialist training in Radiology at the Hospital Universitario y Politecnico La Fe.
